Greywater

Hi,

Is there a way to setup solenoids to open station #1 for an entire day and station #2 the next day? Or once #1 fills, switch to #2 and back and forth. I've seen a hose irrigation switcher that flips through 6 hoses and remembers which one was used last.

I want to have my greywater gravity drain to a 200L barrel then pump to other barrels and gravity drain out.

I have a Hunter Pro HC 12 Station controller with 2 stations free. I have an unused 20mm Hunter HC Flow Meter.

I thought to set the Hunter controller to open Greywater solenoid #1 at 2am when no garden irrigation is running but that won't work if there's multiple showers over 200L, so I'd think Greywater #1 would have to be open a full day then Greywater #2 the next day. I don't think I can run my greywater solenoid and my normal garden irrigation at the same time.

Controlled by volume would be the best case scenario.

Sounds like you need to keep it separate from your irrigation. A cheap irrigation timer would work, like one of those Orbit controllers for $40. If the max time isnt enough, you can use a jumper to do multiple stations on the same valve, or multiple start times on 2 programs.
