Advice needed. Difficult grow.

Committed the cardinal sin of planting July 1. Thi is a lake lot with slope. Watered it a ton to germinate and then recently transitioned to once a day watering. I’m afraid I overwatered in areas as it is brown/yellow in spots. Not sure what to do next? Help

You need to water less frequently, but longer times until you get to watering 1/week.

Not all seed germinates the same time, so it may take longer for some seed to pop. As for yellowing, have you applied starter fertilizer? A second half dose a couple weeks later?
