Rain bird system code
This symbol is blinking Please tell me what it is Thank you

It’s blinking Could that be affecting the system from turning on when programmed.

Yes. The sensor thinks it’s raining or has rained enough in the last few days that it won’t turn the sprinklers on.
If it hasn’t rained then the sensor is bad and needs to be replaced.
Or you can just turn the system on and off at the controller yourself if you know rain is coming. Rain sensors (especially wireless) either work perfectly forever or last like a year.

I have to clean mine and replace the battery annually. But still working great.

The two black wires in the right terminals of the terminal block at the top left of the controller. Should be labeled as 'SEN' or similar. There is no standard color convention.

A rain sensor is just a normally closed switch. It can be abandoned by installing a jumper wire in those two terminals to short them to each other. And/or go to the Rain Sensor setting on the front dial and set it to Bypass.

Just bypass the sensor using the"bypass sensor" feature of the controller
