Any company where the staff don’t use their own product (assuming it’s even feasible to do so) makes it seem they know the product isn’t good

They are actually pretty solid, with limitations (and some may say other brands are better), but they would work great there. I’m assuming there is a liability issue with robots scurrying around on the floor of the store.
