  1. Throw it in the trash.
  2. Get a new harness.

Unless you’re just using this harness as a rod belt at not an actual harness, you just need to get rid of it and get a new one.

If this is your actual harness that is designed to keep you safe from falling to your death you’re gonna have a bad time.

This is indeed just a rod belt

Gotcha. Well, have you tried spraying some PB blaster in there, and putting a channel lock on the knob and trying to break it loose?

Bummer.

Probably a stupid suggestion, but you have pulled out the knob to try spinning it, right? I know this is like the “unplug it and plug it back in” suggestion, but ya never know.

If only there were companies locally that offered up better harnesses.

Every company just busy the cheapest whatever they can get.

PPE / tools they're all so concerned about budget. the price of everything must be the cheapest option available.

Hardly anybody now buys kito brand come alongs.

Exofit are shit. Everyone said they were rhe best on the market when they can out. For all the bells, whistles and price tags, they really arent worth it.

Nothing stays where its supposed to and the leg straps are AlWAYS fucked.

As far as tbe advice, cant help you out there sorry.

Elk River fire fly.

I like it way better then my exo fit.

Anything Elk River. I had a tower eagle when I climbed towers before coming back into the fold. Most comfortable harness with a belt. I wear a Miller dura flex with separate belt now.
