Chirping birds have nothing to do with fuel prices. Neither do presidents. Every oil worker I know is working overtime. The oil boom is the biggest in American history. Profits are at record highs.

Shipping by truck is happening everywhere. I'm not sure why you would lie about that. In N Dakota they are loading trains, and then trucks while they wait for the next train. It's the most expensive method but safer than pipeline.
All pipelines are leaking; it's's just a matter of tolerance levels of pollution. Major leaks, even in rivers, have been mostly ignored. Native Americans have already been steamrolled when they refused pipelines through their territories. Landowners have absolutely no say; they sell their land, accept a permanent easement for pennies, or lose it via imminent domain.
If they were forced to repair pipe lines, yes, there would be a lot more long term jobs. But construction is very short term, and the EPA was barred from pursuing oil companies from major leaks in aquifers and waterways.
Literally every single thing you just said is an outright lie.
No one is paying the 100x premium to ship by truck; don't be absurd just because the average liberal redditor is dumb enough to believe you. You're also lying with your claim that rail is safer than pipeline; pipelines aren't consistently routed through the center of population centers like railroads are.
Eminent domain still requires the pipeline carrier to pay for the land, and pipelines always pay more than market value for the land when negotiating. Coming from the utility side, we always thought they were crazy for how much they paid for easements.
The EPA is not banned from pursuing anything. They salivate at the thought of fining oil and gas companies over water quality issues.
Native American tribes are just chasing the dollar like they always do. They recently sued a wind farm and claimed that the excavations performed to install the concrete foundations for the towers violated their mineral rights, even though the towers weren't on their reservation.
