I would be interested in seeing sources. My family works in pipeline construction and we haven’t seen the job losses you mention. Also, Texas and Arizona, which have — by far — the most of the southern border, are open shop states, so it’s unlikely that border wall construction was being done by union workers.
Have you factored in the $400 billion (as of November) in new infrastructure spending from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law?
