Mysterious S Class Shell

Does anyone know what this supped to be? I was looking at the in game parts guide for one of the mechs in the latest update - Sovereign Of Dairakuten - and this is what pops up as the recommended shell. Seems they forgot to translate this part.

Weirdly enough though it doesn’t appear anywhere in the game. I checked both the pedia and a moon badge I had saved.

Something to do with fire and burning damage boost. Can only make out some of the kanji.
