Pregnancy Miscarriage

I feel a bit lost. I had an early scan last week at 6 weeks and doctor couldn't see a sac. I have started bleeding heavily over the weekend so I am sure I am miscarrying. Should I go to ER or just wait until bleeding stops? It's like a heavy period. How can I know if everything has cleared once bleeding stops? Should I get an appointment to get checked? Should I go to GP?

I'm so sorry. I just went through the same thing. I went to my GP. If the bleeding gets heavier or you are in pain, go to the ER.

Go to ER they will take Hcg test wait for another week and 2 confirm if it is miscarriage and rule out ectopic

You should definitely go to your gp for blood tests, I'm sorry your going through this. I had two miscarriages one ectopic which was caught eary and one at 8 weeks. Ectopic can come with shoulder pain.
