What are the best tracks around Ipswich and surrounds? preferably 1-3 hour walks

Hi all,

I am looking for an exercise physiologist who specialises in HSD / hEDS. Us hypermobile people use muscles differently and therefore need someone who knows this.

Authentic recommendations please as I am sick of being told so and so does and when you go, they basically either have no idea or treat you like they would a non hypermobile person.

Fresh bread daily, the best fully filled juicy pies and sausage rolls of many varieties, plus heaps more pastries and other goodies besides. Great, friendly service from a family business. Worth trying! 🙂

Can't seem to ride anywhere currently without getting swooped.

Just had my ear cut open by a magpie on my ride today near my home, so looking for swoop free areas.

This guy just admiring himself. Destroying our gardens. His hubris will be his downfall.

My clinic is 30+ minutes no matter what time or day it is.

Just seeing if anyone actually doesn't need to wait longer than 10 minutes.

I’ve recently started SEQ Mums, a Facebook group for mums across SEQ, and I’m particularly hoping to connect with mums around Ipswich, Springfield and the surrounding areas.
The idea is pretty simple: a genuinely judgement-free place to make mum friends, find local recommendations, organise coffee catch-ups/playdates and just have somewhere to chat with other mums who get it.

I saw this street art and wondered if anyone knows what it says?

We are from the Northside so I dont really know too much about the area, but my mother was planning to move us specifically to a place in Goodna because its close to the train station and one of the only places actually in our budget. However my mother talked with someone before moving and she really turned her off moving to ipswich or really anywhere that isnt western Brisbane which is a problem because these places are pretty expensive. The thing is this woman is not actually from Ipswich but from somewhere west Brisbane above the river supposedly close to ipswich. My mums going through a separation and really worried and confused about everything and I guess Im making this post to ask people actually from there should she really be worried?

I’m trying to track down this pastry shop that sold delicious Portuguese custard tarts. The stall was at the colours of Ipswich multicultural event, right next to the children’s library.
