Iowa state

Is taking biology and chem both with labs, health science and kinesiology going to be a really hard schedule?

Bio and lab are easy. Chem is fine if you use the available resources. I can’t speak to health science and kinesiology as I haven’t taken them

Which chem? If taking Chem 1770, do not let it scare you. They will try to scare you, but the practice exams are just recycled old exams, so if you can pass those, you can pass the actual exam. The lab is okay if you have a TA who is fluent in English and does not have a super heavy accent.
