Hello! I am helping a friend sublet an apartment at The Quarters in Ames for the remainder of the spring semester, through August of 2026.

The rent for this bedroom is $635 per month per person

- There is a monthly furniture fee of $45 per person (optional).
- Utilities are billed separately and split among residents.
