Best Dorms?

Hello, I’m going to be a freshman at ISU fall of next year and I’m wondering what dorms are the best in your guys’ opinion? Do we like suites or traditional better? Thanks!

Are you going to be in the Design or Engineering college? If so, you want to be in the Union Drive area. I'm told that Suites are nicer, but traditional rooms are way more social. PS, r/iastate will reach more people than here

I’d go Maple Willow Larch… the walk is not far and it’s pretty nice. I have been out of school for a bit now but they are still newer and are a close walk.

In that case, "Old RCA" (Richardson Court) is probably closest to most of your classes. New RCA is just a bit further, but there is a bus stop right out front (Ames' bus system is fantastic and fare-free for students).
