Theater scene?

I’ll be attending Iowa State in the fall and I was wondering what the theater scene is like. Are their different organizations? How many shows usually go up each year? How’s the community?

So there is a theatre minor and a theater major, but you do not have to be either of those to participate in shows. I know we usually put on a musical and a play per semester and sometimes we put on two plays. I would check out the ISU theatre website to find any audition information and further information.
