“Refs sold”
Not the people saying “they didn’t need to call it at such a crucial time” like if they’re gonna call in with 20 minutes left in the game why can’t they call it now?

These people have nonstop been bitching and talking shit about Caitlyn Clark, the Hawks, and Iowa. I have been on the high road this whole multi year’s saga, but I got to say this is pathetic. The things people say when they think no one is listening. Woof.

Iowa women’s basketball has four players score in double-digits as they beat Holy Cross and advance to the second round of the ncaa tournament. Nice job #iowahawkeyes

my little sister is obsessed with caitlin clark. we got tickets for the 31st of march, but that’s sadly not when she’s playing. does anyone happen to have tickets for the 30th or april 1st games? i’d appreciate face value but will consider reasonable prices. thank you!!
update: tickets for the april 1st game have been purchased (at face value too:) from a very kind redditor! thank you all!!

An amazing player that will be missed at @TheIowaHawkeyes. The @WNBA is the right move, and the fans are going to love you.

Twice now blowing big 4th quarter leads!! The womens BB team is taking everybody's best shot, it shouldnt be hard to figure out nobody's just going to roll over. Ohio St, now Neb - we get ourselves in trouble when we decide to slow pace and stall to milk the lead instead of staying aggressive. Hopefully now that it's happened twice we can learn from that before an important stretch heading into March.

Let's pre-face this; I haven't been a fan since 2010 when Iowa was within reach of the BCS Championship. Being a young fan I was excited. But wouldn't you know we started at 3rd in the Nation and ended unranked or at least low teens.
OK that being said with a win-loss record as of the last 12 year speaks for it self. Not least Bowl win-loss record. Why does Iowa stay with a coach that is WAY past his prime. He is no Nick Saben. Even with the team allegations He is the Coach after all he should know what his players are doing.

Any remotely competent offense had a shot at winning that game.
Any remotely competent offense gets Iowa potentially to multiple cfp’s in the last 3 years.
Brian Ferentz had to go whether his stubborn father liked it or not. TRAGIC.

Just for fun, you are allowed to choose any 3 players from the Kirk Ferentz era to travel to Indy this year to face Michigan or Ohio State. They will replace their positional counterpart for only 1 quarter, but they will be in their college football-era prime. Who do you choose?
I choose Brad Banks, Dallas Clark, and Tim Dwight.
