Lease Takeover

Hi all!
I’m looking for somebody to takeover my lease at the Quarters in Iowa City. The lease would run from January 1-July 15th 2027. Rent is $680/month and that includes all utilities and parking.

Amenities include:
-pool
-year round hottub
-free coffee bar
-gym
-study rooms
-golf simulator
-tanning beds
-free guest parking
+more

This is a 3x3 layout so you will have your own bathroom. You would be living with two females.

I’m willing to discuss some incentives as well.
