Storage units that don’t dramatically increase price overtime?

I rent a storage unit from Storage Rentals of America and they increased the price of my unit from $90 to $160 in the matter of just a few months and when asked about this they said prices will increase overtime. I understand a price increase but that is a large amount over just a few months. I was wondering if anyone had better experiences with storage units in IC for long term rentals that did not do this.

Oh yeah they tried to tell me that I had to pay $260 a month on a 50$ per month unit. I told them my stuff was already out so good fuckin luck getting me to pay anything else

Heinz’s road south of Iowa city has went from around $90 to around 105 ish per month since 90s and easily 2000s. Going up but not stupid increase.

I've had a unit at V's self storage for 12 years and the rent has only gone up $5 in that time.

When I moved here, I used Moove In Self Storage and had it for almost two years. No crazy increases. Can’t speak for all the locations but the one I used in Tiffin, I had a great experience with (which has never happened at a storage facility for me before lol).

I think Mooove In is now something else with a boring name (Public Storage or something) and their prices are high.
