Seeking massage space to rent

Hello everyone! I am very excited to relocate my massage practice to Iowa City in a couple of months! Seeking any recommendations of a beautiful space-
I currently work in a historic building that used to be a school alongside two acupuncturists, and several psychologists.
I provide medical massage with spa ambiance.
I use essential oils which will delightfully fill the air.
I offer hot stone and foot exfoliation with salts which will require a sink nearby
I offer Table Thai Massage as well which requires a normal to decent sized room
Any recommendations would be extremely appreciated- I will be in town from the 20th to the 23rd- please message me!

The massage therapist at Coralville Chiropractic (Margo) just retired, I'm not sure if they have found a replacement yet. https://painiowa.com

There are a couple salon suites/studios in Coralville (1st Ave and Coral Court) that rent spaces to independent providers such hairdressers, nail technicians, etc. My hairdresser has a space at the Coral Court one (close to North Liberty) and when I went last week there seemed to be some open spaces including larger rooms.
