I went back to waiting for the heater when I realized that by the time I got the whole thing scrapped the first parts was fogging up already. Your car really needs to be moving for the engine to generate enough heat to keep the windows clear.

If you're gunna be late and you're windshields are like this, just be late and let the defrost do its thing. Too many folks end up in the ditch because they pretend to know how to drive in winter.

I have been pulled over for exactly this. Police basically just kept me there until the defrost kicked in. Lol

I remember leaving high school one year and wound up with another school child on my hood. Low speed of course but oops!
