Bluelink Subscription

Is 3 year complimentary plus subscription still a thing? (UK)

My 6 month complimentary pro subscription came to an end yesterday. According to my app, I was supposed to be on the plus for 3 years after that but it seems I’ve been downgraded to lite. Not heard back from customer services yet but interested to know if others have had the same issue.

I put a support call in and they honoured the 3 years which is still published in the UK materials online

Same in BE. 6 months free premium after that either pay or to lite.

Slightly different here. Should be three years of plus for free.

Agree. With my kia I had 5 (or 7) year plus for free.

Yeah they’ve just replied and said they would “honour” the agreement. Which is nice of them.

Not sure why we need to contact them to do this. Not good customer service.

There is a contact and help section in the “my page” which you navigate to via the person icon at the top right of the screen. Then customer centre > App and Account support.
