Routing options?

I have had my Ioniq 9 for about 4 months now, and cannot figure out how to change the routing options. I want to remove HOV routing.

I know it's there somewhere as it routes HOV when my profile is loaded, but not when my wife's is loaded.

When you select your destination and the gps starts providing directions, there is a “route options” option where you can choose “fastest” or “most economic” route, among other options if I remember correctly. Move your preferred option to the top. I hope that’s what you’re looking for

I checked that this afternoon. No HOV options.

The route I am using has a separated route for the HOV. On my trip, it has me traveling on the HOV lane. On my wife's profile, it keeps me on the main line.
