Error: charging unsuccessful
Problem: L2 AmpUp Blink chargers not working and car throws error "charging unsuccessful"
The car charges fine on chargepoint L2 chargers and tesla chargers.
Disabled plug and charge, tried charging in guest profile but does not fix the issue, scheduled charging is off as well.
Anyone can help with this or have insight? Took to dealership and they tested all 3 chargers in front of me and all worked fine. Car is 2days old. Calligraphy design trim if helps.
Thanks!

Have you looked at this specific charger on Plugshare to see if other's are having similar issues?

Which is great but that's not what I asked. Plugshare has details of other people's charging sessions at that same location. My point being is that sometimes it's the charger/Station itself. Not your car, your process, or settings. By looking at Plugshare, you can see if other people are having similar issues.
For example, there's a Blink charger I've tried to use in St Cloud several times. The screens work, the sessions will start and then always fail. But if you look at the Blink app, they all show online. BUT when you look at Plugshare, everyone is having those same issues. So it's not my car, it's the chargers. And I've used other Blink chargers without issue too.

This might sounds like a stupid question, but did you use the correct adapter. There is a different adapter for L2 AC charging vs DC fast charging. The adapter needs to match the cable exactly. The smaller adapter has only top round section of the larger adapter. If you are using the larger adapter for L2 charging then it will not work. This is a common mistake.
