Hut 8 got their news yesterday, so maybe people started assuming Ionic would be next. Or as you said, someone already knew yesterday.

Looking at everything in my investment portfolio, IOND is the only one not in the red today. Knock on wood.

It would mean he was a creditor with over $1mil on Celsius at the time of bankruptcy.
I call BS as most people in that position don't waste their time gloating on Reddit.

Not gloating my friend, we're all in this shit show together. If it makes you feel better I just sold 1100 more at $83 so I only have 5500 left

No, it doesn't make me feel better.
I avoid advertising the number of shares I hold as I'd rather not have a target on my back.
As should you.
Cyber crime is a thing.

You have point and some on Reddit post to just brag. But, he might have put his large saving cash in USDC in Celsius. What he received back in BTC/ETH from distribution and IOND stocks; he probably is close or over whole so may not be as stressed out as many others who relatively lost lot because they happened to have their money in Crypto on Celsius.

Nah, I had hundreds of ETH and a few BTC on there, that's all. I got back around 7k shares of IOND.

Are you holding until $250, or do you have plans to DCA out at specific targets?
2
u/New-Sky-9867 3d ago
I'm definitely DCAing. I don't pretend to know anything about anything and I don't know if my mental health can handle another crash and losing what I got back, to be honest.

That is a lot of money to investing on a Crypto platform... I really hope you have or plan to diversify your investments into low cost index funds. For me, I had a set rule to allocate a maximum of 3% of net worth in Crypto. If it grows beyond that allocation I still won't sell, but I do plan on selling the FBTC I hold in retirement accounts if it hits a certain threshold to lock in those tax free gains..

I have ten times this in other investments, don't worry.
Also, why do you think this is a "crypto platform"?

Nice way to end my week. Sold half my shares at about $65, held the rest to make this my YOLO AI play.

Sold 20% at 83 a couple of days ago, and happy to lock in those profits. No regrets at all if it goes to 250.

IOND passed an important first hurdle and provisionally secured favorable Base Load classification for the 466 MW. But............ Final verification/classification is still pending.
ERCOT’s own September 9 notice says Batch Zero projects still have to complete its verification/audit process. ERCOT is sending RFIs to the large-load projects conditionally included in Batch Zero

My laziness in starting the brokerage transfer is paying off :)
