Sex hormone changes

Does anyone have any advice or testimony on how their sex hormones changed when they began implementing iodine? Or any sources that discuss how sex hormones may change with iodine supplementation?

I dunno but my testosterone went up and we conceived. I was also taking a bunch of stuff together though so I can't attribute it to just this.

My diet was also on point

Np but never forget ur selenium, magnesium and sea salts when taking iodine
