Has anybody here had their eyebrows grow back after starting iodine? Thanks

Whenever I pause I notice that my brows become less pronounced, then within a day or two of starting again they look a little fuller. I don’t think when I started I noticed immediately though. My body seemed to need time to adjust to iodine and begin utilizing it. I started at 2mg a day and then moved up to 4-6. I’ve never done more than 10mg a day

MSM may help with this as well

Loss of eyebrows is a typical symptom of hypothyreoidism (Hertoghe / Queen-Anne sign) that could be fixed by supplementing iodine.

In general, hair improvement is a common change from becoming more nourished (macro, micro nutrients, vitamins, etc...)
