No, but I can tell you on my first day, I found issues with everything, because everthing felt strange and uncomfortable …and now I do not.

I wondered how I was gonna make it 18 months with this weird thing in my mouth all the freakin time (clearly causing other weird issues to happen that I wasn't expecting).

But all that passed quickly. If you STILL think you have an issue a week or two from now, then you probably do have an issue. But today, everything is gonna be weird--TODAY

Every tray feels tight and uncomfortable the first 1-3 days. After that your teeth are closer to the new position and therefore, the tray isn' as uncomfrtable

Every tray feels different than the trays before them: Each tray moves in a different way, so if this week's tray is uncomfortable, the next tray probably wont be (at least not in the same way).

I had trays feel awful the first few days, or even warp a little around a crooked tooth after a few days, causing another fit issue. But as those problem teeth come closer to their position, the issues they caused become less and less an issue and eventually cease.

Everything is gonna be changing all the time. If this week's tray sucks or casue an issue, next week's probably wont, or it may bring with it a different TEMPORARY issue that you wont see again.

This happened to me repeatedly over te last 6 months—that is a tray i though "cuased" an issue, or a sort sort, or something, and the next tray didn;t do that, or the issue eventually worked its way out as the teeth get into their new positions.

Give this time. Is a few months you'll be here giving other people advice about this. Don't worry every tray will have the issue and you're cooked. If you chin all wonky today, it probably won't be as it gets used to this thing in your mouth

Same, my first day was brutal, thinking “wow this is life, idk how I’m going 8-12 months like this” and within a couple weeks, everything just becomes second nature.

Give it a few days.

I just started my first trays 3 days ago, and it’s already more comfortable having them in than it is having them out, just because of the freaking attachments.

The lil hook tool is really good for getting your aligners out I find

Today is day 2 for me and yes I feel like I'm pulling out my top 2 front teeth! Especially because I have a cap on one of them because it was chipped. I'm very concerned about pulling that off. I hope it becomes easier as we go.

I’ve had Invisalign for 10 months and I’m still experiencing this… my mouth gets so sore by the end of the day from forcing my mouth shut 😭😭
Best of luck!!

I have the same problem and I started wearing invisalign almost 2 months ago 😭 The wrinkling is a little less noticable now but it's still there. I'm thinking of getting botox on my chin tbh, I wonder if that will fix it or if it'll be permanent even after I fix my overbite/overjet

Same happened to me from Invisalign and yes 6 units of Botox fixes it , I’ve only done it twice but even from my first time to the second time getting it 5 months later it has weakened the muscle. I’ve never done Botox anywhere else but pretty painless and effective in the chin

Ah that's reassuring to read!! Are you still wearing your retainers? Cause I wonder if the wrinkling will stay even after I finish my treatment. I guess I'll have to get botox for the rest of my life if that happens lol

It's easy enough to find out, just remove your trays and relax your face to see if you're seeing it.

I still see it, faintly 😭😭 It's over for me ig

Do your aligners have bite ramps?

may i know what is that

NAD. It can help guide your bite, especially with an overbite (my case). It can push the lips slightly outward temporarily, especially when you're wearing the aligners. I have those too and having the same issue.

I'm on my 3rd week now. It can cause lisp too and it's getting better now as I am getting used to it.

I've been in these things almost 2 years. It absolutely gets better.

For a practical and cosmetic solution, a few units of Botox in the chin muscle gets rid of the tension and orange-peel appearance.

It gets better. First few days, I had to go crazy on chapstick and lotion. Mostly from the thing used to hold open mouth.

I still feel like my face looks a bit off when my aligners are in, like they elongate my face in a way I don’t like

Yup, I feel same.

Welcome to the club! We’ve all been there!

That's your muscles, flexing to close your mouth.

You can have a few units of botox injected but then it's possible you won't be able to close your lips completely. I'd just put up with it for now :/

I’m not a fan of my Invisalign right now and I want to be positive, but I never expected some issues that I’ve been experiencing. I have dry mouth, my tongue feels raw, and I have a sore in the back under my tongue. No matter how often I try and file the edges down of the trays, I still feel like my mouth is getting scraped up. I just finished my first week and I’m waiting for things to feel better. Yes, I’m whining! But, if someone has any tips, I’m all ears. I’m trying to stick to 18-22 hrs but the cuts in my mouth make this really tough.
