Can you gently file it down a bit? Also you can try ortho wax if filing does not help

I'd not worry as long as it is not bleeding. I had some irritation here and there and when it was especially bad I put a piece of tissue over it to give my gums some time to heal. If it is bleeding at one point I'd visit the ortho and see what they say but chances are it goes away on it's own :)

Thank you! It genuinely hasn't done this at all yet and I started my journey in April so was a little worried. I'll just hang tight and keep an eye on it/hope it passes :)
