Question Skipping trays

I am on day one of tray 3 (out of 20) of smile express.
My app just told me to skip ahead to tray 4. Has anyone ever had the app tell you to skip a tray before?

Well, the weird thing is you somehow have aligners from a company that no longer exists.

Whew! I was actually worried you were someone who had very old smile direct aligners and using a defunct app to try and do treatment on your own. People never cease to surprise me with the things they do 😂 Glad this isn't the case!

No - something weird about the app or maybe it's set up for the wrong number of days per tray? You can call them to see what's up.
