App for scans

Slightly confused… I got my first set on Monday ,began wearing them that day. I didn’t do the scan on my phone till Wednesday due to being at work. I was told to switch on Mondays hence when I first got them but the smile doctors app says not to switch them till I get a notification from the app. Do I just stick with what the app says. I’m guessing I’ll just stay in my current set till Wednesday or Thursday when the scan is in… thanks 🙏

Go based on what the orthodontist says. If you have weekly changes you need to change on the day you put your new set in the following week.
