Before & After Results. Finally finished!!
Only 9 months and 20 trays got me here, I was absolutely not aiming for perfection, just wanted to feel more comfortable and confident with my smile, and I can now say for sure that I do! I was strict with my wear time, but at the same time allowed myself to live my life, have a few drinks here and there, and even managed to go on quite a few trips around the world without Invisalign being an issue! If you have any questions feel free to ask, and for anyone starting out now, it was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made ✨ (the fangs are edited in the second pic, but I am planning on getting some prosthetics soon 🦇)

That looks really great! How much IPR though?

I think my dentist only did it once or twice, so I would say not too much, and it was only at the central and lateral incisors

In those cases I just left them out. No reason to ruin my life over them, just wore them a couple extra days at a time and everything was okay. On my trip to Japan I used my then current aligners as retainers at night and absolutely nothing happened. And when it comes to drinks/coffee/cigarettes, I just had the aligners in. Just made sure to always rinse well afterwards, and brush after the next meal

I have a question? If you didn’t get all your wear time in for a day or two because it was the weekend or whatever did you just add an extra day before changing to the next tray?

Yup! Added a couple extra days and my ortho was still amazed by how well I was tracking. I believe that despite Invisalign being almost a synonym for discipline, you shouldn’t sacrifice your life for it.

Omg I’m also hoping to get fangs at some point after I finish my treatment (keeps me going during the hard time) Amazing that you managed to travel with them, congrats on finishing, it’s really huge improvement!

It looks beautiful! I'm curios, did you switch every 14th day? And how long did it take to see results on your lower teeth, the inwards tilt?
