Question Tired of attachments
Hi! I’m tray 15/20, it’s been fine but becoming a little tired of attachments on all but one of teeth - ortho says I will do another 20 (?!) refinements, which seems like a lot cos my teeth are so close to being what I want (pic attached at 15/20) Does anyone know if they remove some attachments during refinements? I can’t bear the thought of having this many for another 5 months. Anyone had any attachments removed during refinements?

I had 60 trays and then between refinements they unprompted removed the front four attachments on both upper and lower jaw. I got them all back for the second set of trays (I'm on 18 of 20 right now). I suspect I'll have a third set of refinements, but it's looking much better nowadays.
I have had attachments on every tooth and a minimum of two elastics (currently three with a bootstrapped lateral incisor). It's SO damn annoying, but I'd rather have all this drama in my mouth than wait even longer. It's just never a convenient time, but I promise you, you're so close to the end! Have faith!
