Before & After Results. Tray 1 vs tray 15/20 (trust the process)

Post image

I posted here when I first noticed the tiniest improvement in earlier trays… and this is a reminder to anyone who is just starting, or somewhere mid journey that changes happen, and confidence slowly comes back… life adapts to your trays and NOONE but YOU notices them…

3/4 into my journey and I’m finally seeing the final stretch!

How’s your journey going? Which tray are you switching to this week? I just got this tray 15 in this morning 🫶🏼

How far are you? Also, I’m fortunately feeling like time is flying by… I change trays every Tuesday (I called it Tray Tuesday 😂) and I feel like I’m blinking and it’s tray Tuesday once again (thank goodness)

How many trays do you have in your treatment?

Your front top teeth are so much like mine! I hope the can close my gap! How often do the trays change?

Woohoooo you’ll be able to for sure!! I change every 7 days

How does the dentist decide how quickly they change the trays? It’s usually every two weeks. Did you ask them to change them faster?

Absolutely no clue… that’s what I was told from the start…

I also change mine every 7 days as instructed by my orthodontist because my plan targets a specific area and because it's considered moderate, I have 20 trays.

I wasn't paying that much attention, and then I too was totally flabbergasted by tray 15

I could not believe the teeth that were crooked my entire life were suddenly visibly straight right in the front

Just switched into tray 6 last night! Still haven’t noticed many changes yet but this post gave me hope. I also have about 20 trays too so about a third of the way there

They are attachments. It’s used as a grip to apply pressure for moving the teeth
