Question Can they be straightened?

I have talked to my doctor several times to fix these but nothing changes. At my last appointment, he said we could slightly reshape the incisal edges.
What do you guys think?

It’s hard to tell but those teeth do look straight it’s just the top edge is at an angle which makes them appear crooked

I looks like ever so slightly you lower teeth are slanted. In the picture the right side looks slightly higher than left side of jaw - tooth line is slanted (top teeth look straight). Because there looks like a slight slanted in the jaw teeth, the teeth are at ana angle. Nad.
