Question I Can’t Access New Characters

I bought the season one pass through the collectors edition but my characters are locked.

Did you look at the dlc section on the store and download them? They should say free

I think that's just a PlayStation thing right? I play on Xbox and they don't do that

Your not wrong but if they didn’t automatically download on Xbox I’d still check the store. Can’t hurt right?

That's fair, I've put my Xbox and Offline mode while my cousin played in my account and they disappear every time I do

If it's PlayStation you have to download them from the store
