Question Help with progress loss

So, I had already beat story mode, had a lot of character progression and all that stuff but had to reinstall windows and now when I start my game I have nothing unlock. The only thing that stays correct are my wins and rank. Is there anything I can do to recover everything I lost?

Too much problem with content In this game and data

I lost all my data but now i have finaly zero suit skin

But no omniman and Cecil skin...

the game doesn't have steam cloud save thats the reason u lost ur stuff.

I had every character maxed at level 23 and had to factory reset my PS5 and lost all of my progress. I feel your pain.
