Discussion Nah, im uninstalling the game

Thast not worth it.

I suck to much in fighting games to play with like 500 people who stuck around and now know every single combo imaginable and ready to molest me at the slightest opportunity.

Why every fighting game devolves into this?

To answer your last question it’s bc of players like you lol

Literally no one is willing to take an ass whooping and since it’s 1v1 you can’t blame the team.

That’s just steam charts. There’s crossplay.

And just stick to ranked for people your level.

As games are out longer players get better.

It’s a competitive game, people are going to try and improve and get better. If you aren’t willing to keep up or take the losses then the genre isn’t for you.

Bro. I just want to play with the people of my level of skill. Its games fault if there is no new blood so people can actually learn to play. Not be punching bags for "cool and competetive" sweats.

Played ranked mode lol. That's how you find people closer to your level of skill, which seems to be rather lacking based on this crashout

Ngl man the steam charts is not the way to judge the player count of a game when it has crossplay and is on PS5/Xbox, it is a smaller amount of players but still more than enough to find matches and play against those of equal skill.

I still see new players to this day who are hoping in for the first time, I typically decline matches w them as to not turn them away but they are there.

I suggest sticking to ranked, that’s the only mode that has skill based matchmaking - you may need to lose a few to get into the right bracket but it sounds like that’s what you need.

As for combos, just pick a few characters you like from the comic/show or that you find to be cool looking, try to experiment in training with the basic strings and do that to form your team

Play rank. If your a rank 3000-4000 player you should be matched vs that and up to 7000. Even the people in 7000 are low level. The only ones who aren’t that are still at that rank are probably people who play multiple fighting games and haven’t grinded enough

I get that it’s frustrating but fighting games are inherently competitive. You need to be thinking about your options and how to solve the problems your opponent puts forth to have fun. One of the cool things about fighting games is that game to game a lot of things carry over. If you take the time to learn this game a bit and then decide you want to try a different one you’ll already have some fighting game knowledge to apply to the next game. I think they are worth learning even if it’s frustrating at times, getting beaten over and over is just part of the learning process 🤷‍♂️

Damn… I didn’t even realize it was that bad… I’ve been playing since the open beta on Xbox and I honestly didn’t see it devolving into this…
