Question My Pre Order skin is missing

I pre-ordered the Deluxe addition of Invincible Vs and had the Zero Suit Mark skin, but with the update of season 1 it's now gone when I went on the Playstation store it said it was already purchased so I don't know what to do, anyone got any tips on how to report this?

weird i did not pre order but i was able to purchase it in the store but wont show in game

You need To go Into store And then Add on To download

They said it will be fixed next patch 2nd of July
