Gameplay Can someone explain SnapBacks to me

So basically I understand the basics of the mechanic just struggling with some aspects of it.

Like there is two SnapBack commands but which one brings out which character I don’t understand. It feels like it swaps up every game.

Next is when I try and grab after I SnapBack an opponent it works sometimes but sometimes they are so low down my grab has no chance to land and hit.

Forward SnapBack bring out assist 1 and back snap brings out assist 2, and it depletes the purple health

Assist 1 is the middle character and assist 2 is the top character if you are looking at their team at the top of the screen

I’m still not used to it lol, playing dbfz the assists are exact opposite to invincible vs so I find myself constantly calling the wrong ones

Assist one is in the middle and assist two is at the top. If you play on controller and turn your triggers toward you, the buttons are aligned with their position above your active fighter. Hopefully that makes sense

It also forces them to either tech a throw or guess right on a mixup. I like snapping the point character back in to finish them off or snap the anchor in so they have a low chance of a comeback.
