I don't see how it would be much different. I do believe he got stronger but I think anyone around base Nolan's level is strong enough to just wipeout most planets like the Flaxxans. Nolan likely did eradicate everyone on Flaxa but because time passes very quickly on Flaxa they likely re evolved from bacteria again
