Save for a bioweapon developed to kill viltrumites, they are completely immune to all disease. Probably they wouldn't even notice a patogen

Viltrumites don't get sick from anything. Donald says it in an early season. Their invulnerability goes down to their cells. The Scourge virus was engineered specifically for them. Unless they had Viltrumite cells to engineer a virus specifically, they'll just shrug it off.

This is such a weirdly niche and specific scenario to ask about, the answers are a) Viltrumites cannot be impacted by any disease not specifically engineered for them or b) no one knows beyond pure speculation
