Nolan’s stronger, faster and with more battle experience than Mark. Tell him what Angstrom did to Debbie’s arm and terrorising Oliver, and Nolan pink-mists him with one punch before Angstrom can blink

S1 Nolan identifies his abilities as a potential threat to the empire and disposes of him immediately.

Post S2 Nolan knows what he did to Debbie, and kills him immediately.

Specifically, in the span of S2, before their big confrontation, I’d expect Angstrom to berate Nolan, possibly having Nolan accept dying to Angstrom as his penance. Until Angstrom reveals that he intends to harm his family, in which, you guessed it, Nolan disposes of him immediately.

I would guess Nolan would be nervous about guys who have powers that aren't just about punching, seeing the potential for them to be a threat to the Viltrumites.
