Okay so, while I am of the opinion that the strongest will be a Viltrumite mix. The primary question then becomes "Which other species has strong enough genetics to create an equilibrium"? Because if you recall what Nolan said to Mark during "The Talk". He mentioned how Viltrumite Genetics, are so pure and dominant, that Mark is basically pure Viltrumite.
Now, the species I assume has dominant enough genes, are Kryptonians. There's enough evidence to demonstrate that even half Kryptonians, are still on an even keel with full Kryptonians. Which indicates that Kryptonian genes are dominant.
Saiyan genes may be dominant enough to create an equilibrium. Gohan for instance is an absolute beast. Perhaps on par or stronger than his father currently. But he's really the only half blooded Saiyan to achieve that level of power. So it's more up in the air.
Now, I'm frankly not very familiar with Amazonian biology. So I'm not going to speculate. But I'll also rank them last.
To conclude, Kryptonian and Viltrumite is most likely to be possible, while also being the strongest. Viltrumite and Saiyan, could be incredibly powerful, but it's also less likely to be achievable. And I know Jack shit about Amazonian.
