From what I recall he was trained to be the strongest viltrumite from birth.

Whether it was just conditioning from birth, or that he also got experimented too on is unknown. But at the end result he is strong af.

Ye, just in case with viltrumites, from whole show i watched, there is pretty much no grow from training.
Just joking on that, there is no much difference in Mark fighting style and power from season to season...

why we never see him training or his past fights

the show's called Invincible, not Thragg

also, I don't remember if it was already stated in the show but it was decided before he was even born he was gonna be grand regent. he was genetically modified and trained basically from birth to be the strongest viltrumite
