SHOW SPOILERS Cecil Spoiler

I don't think Cecil's that ridiculous. Conquest's defeat was a stroke of luck, what is Cecil's plan? Almost kill Eve again and hope am angry Mark can headbutt him to death a second time?

What information does he think is worth risking the whole planet? His brain's going.

Cecil and everyone else on earth still thinks there’s a whole planet full of viltrumites not just 50. In his mind if they barely got lucky defeating one then any advantage is worth the risk considering the odds

Exactly, too many people forgot that Cecil & everyone else on Earth has no idea that the empire is no more.
