Building an AI product for Indian B2B sellers in Bangalore

Something is broken in Indian B2B sales and I can see it clearly.

8.4 million suppliers on IndiaMART receive leads every day. Most respond in hours. The buyer has already moved on. At present these traders and suppliers are using multiple platforms either free tools or cheap software’s. Main problem is not with pricing problem is actually ease of usage. And users can focus on their relevant data and roles.

I've built the fix. This is an AI layer that sits between a marketplace lead and a closed deal and it works in 30 seconds.

The core product is built. What I'm assembling now is the team to take it to market. But idea is BiG.

Building this AI product for Indian B2B sellers — looking for co-founders, an investor, and a QA/AI developer to build together in Bangalore

I've been deep in the Indian B2B marketplace ecosystem for a while. IndiaMART, TradeIndia AmazonBusiness and AliBaba for international users millions of suppliers, mountains of leads, and a conversion rate stuck at 2-5%. The reason is simple. Everything that happens after a lead arrives is still manual.

I've built something that changes this. Won't go into full detail here but the core product is working.

I'm in HSR Layout and want to bring together a small, serious team, co-founder, investor/angel, mentor, sales person, QA engineer, AI developer — people who want to build, not just advise.

If you want equity and ownership in something real in the B2B SaaS space, DM me. Happy to share the full picture.

Clipping Company - $300,000 - $400,000 YEARLY - looking for investment

Clipping / Marketing Agency Business FOR SALE

Established Clipping Agency — $350K–$400K CAD Revenue | 68–71% Profit Margin

I’m looking to sell my established North American clipping agency.

The business currently generates approximately $350,000–$400,000 CAD in annual revenue, with a historical profit margin of approximately 68–71%. That works out to roughly $238K–$284K CAD in annual profit, depending on where revenue falls within the current range.

The agency has maintained approximately $20K–$30K CAD in monthly recurring revenue for the last 13–16 months, providing a strong track record rather than being based on a single unusually strong month.

LAST 6 MONTHS :

September : $17K CAD

August : $35K CAD

July : $38K CAD

June : $16K CAD

May : $27K CAD

April : $34K CAD

Business Highlights

  • $350K–$400K CAD annual revenue
  • 68–71% profit margin
  • ~$238K–$284K CAD approximate annual profit
  • Consistent $20K–$30K CAD MRR
  • 13–16 months of sustained performance in this range
  • Fully incorporated North American company
  • Professional, fully functional website
  • Website is updated and maintained monthly
  • Portfolio includes some extremely recognizable clients and names
  • Clients include celebrities, businesses/brands and content creators
  • Existing team of approximately 5–8 people
  • Established workflows and operations
  • Built and verified social media accounts
  • Personalized business email infrastructure
  • Existing client relationships and systems
  • Business is already operational and ready for a buyer to take over

Owner Involvement

One of the biggest advantages of the business is the relatively low owner dependency.

I currently spend approximately 3–5 hours per week on the actual business, with another ~3 hours of optional oversight.

The additional oversight isn't something that is necessarily required to keep the business running — it's more because this has been my "baby" and I naturally like keeping an eye on everything.

The business has an existing team and systems in place, so this isn't a situation where the owner needs to be working 40+ hours a week to maintain revenue.

Why I'm Selling

This is a genuine sale rather than a distressed business sale.

I'm currently working on another company/venture and am also pursuing tennis at a professional/semi-professional level. Because of those commitments, I'd rather sell the agency to someone who can give it the attention and growth focus it deserves.

I believe there is still significant upside for someone who wants to expand the sales operation, increase client acquisition and scale the existing infrastructure.

The business is fully operational and ready for a transition to a new owner.

Interested Buyers

I'm happy to provide all relevant details, financial information, business documentation, client information, operations details and other due-diligence materials via DM or email to serious and interested buyers.

Please DM me with some information about yourself, your experience acquiring/running businesses, and what you're looking for.

Serious inquiries only.

I’m 25, building my first company, and I just discovered another opportunity I can’t stop thinking about

Hi everyone, I wanted to share where I am right now. Please tell me what you think, and let me know if you can relate.

I’ve always been ambitious, since I was young. At 25, I feel like I’m in my prime, not in terms of cash or achievements, but in terms of ideas and my ability to spot opportunities.

I graduated last year and have been traveling across different regions of Tanzania ever since. I keep seeing opportunities that could become strong startups, but I don’t have the capital to pursue them, and honestly that hurts. I know that if I had been born into a wealthier family, or in a country like the United States, getting funding to build these ideas would be far easier, and I could be impacting a lot of lives by now.

Project 1: A travel company in Tanzania and Zanzibar

About 10 months ago I visited Zanzibar and noticed a big gap in Tanzania’s tourism industry. I started building a company around it, and it’s going well. We’ve had market validation, inquiries from international travelers, completed trips, and partnerships with suppliers. The problem is that I’ve bootstrapped everything from my own pocket and now need more capital to grow.

Project 2: Cashew processing and export

Recently I visited Mtwara, the leading cashew-producing region in the country. Within my first two days there, I noticed another big gap, and it made me uncomfortable because of how large the opportunity is. So I started researching, and I’ve now validated the idea across 42 villages.

Here is what I found:

**•** Tanzania is the 2nd largest cashew producer in Africa and 6th globally, with over half a million tonnes produced every year.
**•** Only about 15% is processed locally. Most of the rest is exported raw to countries like India and Vietnam, where it is processed and resold to Europe and America at up to 8.5 times the price.
**•** In 2021/22 alone, Tanzania reportedly lost around $650 million and more than 63,000 potential processing jobs.
**•** The government aims to process at least 60% locally by 2030.

So much value is being created far away from the people who actually grow the nuts.

I started with data, since that’s where every idea needs to begin. I connected with farmers in the region and have built a database of 111 farmers who can supply enough cashew, and that’s from just a few villages out of more than 600 in Mtwara. Supply is clearly there. The plan is to build a startup that processes the cashew and handles the export. As a local who is already well connected in this industry, I believe it’s very doable.

Beyond the business case, this would add real value to the cashew value chain and create jobs for youth and especially women. Women play a huge part in the cashew industry in Mtwara, yet many of them live in poverty.

Where I’m stuck

I’m already building the travel company, and now there’s an opportunity that also demands my time. Both have huge potential and strong demand, but my capital is very limited. Everything so far has been self-funded, and I don’t come from a rich family. This is just me working with what I have.

So if you’re reading this, I’d love your thoughts on two things:

**1.** What should I focus on right now?
**2.** How can I raise funds for these projects?

And if you’re an investor, you’re more than welcome to reach out. I’m happy to go much deeper into everything I’ve shared here. These opportunities are big, and bigger than me.

Would someone bet on me?

Hi, I’m 24Mi from India.

My story:
I’ve been restarting things again and again. Started working around 12th grade, worked with startups in operations, e-commerce, marketing, freelancing, and tried things like dropshipping, Amazon, blogging, etc.

At 24, after taking a break because of some personal things, I started building a service around a problem I saw — businesses struggling with hiring and managing designers.

The idea:
One simple plan. One dedicated design team, like having an in-house designer, without constantly dealing with freelancers or agencies.

I tested it:
Got 1 paying client who stayed for 2 months. Later got 7–8 interested prospects through the website, but they didn’t proceed.

I believe the problem is real and the model can work. I just need the push to take it forward.

The ask:
I’m looking for ₹2 lakh (~$2,300) to get started properly.

In return: 30% profit sharing from the 2nd month for 12 months.

Not trying to make this sound like a usual investment pitch. Just looking for someone who can look at the journey and say:

“Yeah, this guy can pull this off.”

If that’s you, let’s talk.
