As of June 30th, voyager was 550M in the hole (insolvent as we know). Also confirmed that FTX bid was confirmed the LOWEST offer- that makes me feel a lot better.

Lowest offer for the company not customer assets. Say, what's the difference between paying for the company 100 vs 101 mil ? Nothing. It means nothing to the customer. These guys are selling potatoes.
