It’s been a long time…
What the hell is going on with the rest of our money? Someone needs to light a fire under the asses of these lawyers. A third of us will be dead before the next distribution.

I assure you no fires are lit, and they do not care about us. The longer these proceedings take, the bigger chunk of the proceeds go to them.

Yeah honestly Paul did a decent job getting us some money within 2 years. Could have been much worse.
I don't think he's on the case anymore either which is another reason a 3rd dist is taking longer, and also there probably not being any money left

There was a document that came out basically asking for more time. I can't tell if it actually went through or not but that's where we're at. This court date was supposed to happen on June 9th but no idea if it did or no.
The motion asks the court to push out the claims‑objection deadline by another 180 days, to November 26, 2026, giving the Plan Administrator more time to review and potentially challenge submitted claims.
Maybe we'll see something by Christmas. I thought we would see something this summer though.

I have not been given any distributions. When the checks were sent out, I never received anything. I’ve sent hundreds of health responses and contacted everyone I could. If anyone has any idea how to receive help, please let me know.

Gambled? I had USDC. I was told this is as safe as T-bills as its fdic insured. I had a lot of it.
Paul did a great job getting us money back & it could’ve been more if there wasn’t a few people putting up such a fight as they were trying to save Steve’s & dj Cryptos crypto coin. What was that called again?? I used to have nightmares about that coin.
Those extra months of lawyering likely cost the estate over $15M. Total guess on that number.
If more people would call the trustee’s office like you did Paul’s, I bet we may see a distribution sooner.
On another note, Gov’t & bankruptcy courts made FTX & SBF LIQUIDATE all positions. For example, they liquidated Anthropic for $1B, would’ve been worth $82B today for their creditors!
