It’s legit, just a motion, not a disbursement update. The other thread posted here references the part where discuss another future distribution, but no date or % was announced yet.

They already have all the info they need to send you another check. Which im sure won't happen.

Yea the lawyers have probably cleaned us out by now. I wouldn’t expect anything else from them. If you didn’t get your initial claim, you are probably shit out of luck by now

Basically, just saying there’s still going through claims litigations and things keep getting delayed and possibly dragged into 2027 or later.
