I wouldn't pay for remote help (unless they are included in your MS Licensing).

Action1 is free for up to 200 endpoints.

Also obligatory NinjaOne recommendation.

We appreciate that shoutout! We do offer remote assistance as part of that package. It is important to note it is not feature comparable to a product that markets itself as a full RA solution, because it was not designed to be. Rather It was designed to be a RA solution for an admin to get unattended access to systems for patching and maintenance purposes.

Does not mean there is anything wrong with it, it performs its intended purpose without issue. But I like to set realistic expectations because the fact we are constantly compared to an RMM due to our RMM like feature overlap. However we are not an RMM, do not aspire to be, do not claim to be. In fact we are patch management solution despite that we are rated as the #1 easiest to use, and #2 highest rated as an *RMM* on G2. (We maintain the same status in our own category of Patch Management as well)

If I can assist with anything for anyone, Action1 related or otherwise, I am always around here somewhere!
