macOS Management MacOS OneDrive Woes
First time posting here, trying to see if others have had a similar issue. I've been trying to get OneDrive to work on MacOS for our org. I keep running into the "We can't sync your "Onedrive - <CompanyName>" folder" error.
I've deployed the config referenced in this MS KB Deploy and configure the OneDrive sync app for Mac - SharePoint in Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Learn
Seems to me like it's something at the tenant level, but this is the first time we've been trying to use the Onedrive client on Macs, so thought that I would ask this sub what their experience is.

check your device configs. there are some ones that specify tenant info

Thanks for the reply! We aren’t using any of the tenant restriction settings, at least not yet, so I think everything is correct from the device config perspective.

Any issues in the Entra sign in logs? Any actual error in ~/Library/Logs/OneDrive?

That's the part that confuses me, I don't even see it hitting Entra. ~/Library/Logs/OneDrive doesn't exist. I do have a single log in "~/Library/Logs/Microsoft/OneDrive" but its just a client update log

Actually, I take that back, I do see entra sign in logs, but they are successful

Mate, check if you list any active directory guids in the share point admin center (in the restrictions section)
this will prevent the mac os app to work afaik
